School Start Times Town Hall Meetings

As we continue to consider a potential change to school start and end times for the 2024-25 school year and beyond, we have heard from numerous community members that would like more information and additional opportunities to share feedback.

In order to accommodate these opportunities, we will be pushing back the scheduled Monticello School Board vote from the July 17th meeting to the August 21st meeting. This will allow us to continue discussion at both the July 17th and August 7th board meetings; we will also hold two Town Hall Meetings to provide information and respond to questions regarding the potential change. The Town Hall meetings will take place:

• Thursday, July 13 at 5 p.m. at Monticello Middle School Auditorium

• Wednesday, July 26 at 5 p.m. at Monticello Middle School Auditorium
