At the start of the month, Pinewood shares the “Pinewood Press” which includes important dates and information for families.  Feel free to print and post on the refrigerator at your house(s)!

Reminders:

Oct. 14 is no longer a District Early Dismissal but an At Home Learning Day.  (This is for in-person and distance learning students). Students will not be attending school but completing an At Home Learning Day Board.  The At Home Learning Board will be sent home Oct. 12 and must be returned by Oct. 21 for your child to be counted as present for attendance on Oct. 14.

It is difficult to believe one month of school has already passed.  The students are getting into the routine of wearing masks, mask breaks, eating in their classroom, zones at recess and other safety precautions we have implemented at Pinewood. Thank you for your support, understanding and caring during the start of the school year.  I know we will have a great October too!
