This year the Minnesota Honor Society Ceremony for Juniors and Seniors is held in November in the Performing Arts Center at Monticello High School. Letters will be mailed mid-October to current members as well as letters and applications to prospective members for this year's induction based on initial GPA requirements. Once students are inducted, it is their responsibility to uphold the pillars along with their GPA and complete 15 yearly hours of volunteer work.
Hours are due to the advisor in May.

Minnesota Honor Society is a prestigious student organization for those who uphold the Six Pillars of Character: Respect, Responsibility, Trustworthiness, Fairness, Care, and Citizenship. Members demonstrate a high level of Leadership, achieve high marks in academics, and volunteer much of their time to the community around them. New members are inducted in the fall of their Junior and Senior years of High School. Please note that initial qualification is based on overall high school GPA. 3.75 to be considered for induction Junior year and 3.65 to be considered for Senior year.
