    • Center Based Programs for students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ages 5-21 years old
    • Elementary and Secondary Level 4 Program for students with significant Emotional/Behavioral Disorders
    • Elementary and Secondary Setting 4 Program for students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder with significant behavioral needs
    • Home Based Services for children ages birth to three years old
    • Early Childhood Evaluation ages three to seven years old
    • Transition Programs for students ages 18-22

    The Sherburne and Northern Wright Special Education Cooperative provides a wide variety of services to our member districts, students and their families. We are committed to ensuring that comprehensive child find activities occur in order to properly identify students who qualify for special education services. We are committed to ensuring that qualifying students receive a free and appropriate public education in their least restrictive environment.
