The media center is comprised of six total rooms.
Four breakout small rooms: The breakout rooms are for students to utilize during the school day. The breakout rooms consist of chrome-enabled TV's that can be paired with the student's Chromebooks. Students can check out a keyboard and mouse to use the 60 inch flatscreens as a Chromebook. These rooms are great for working on group projects. Students interested in checking out a breakout room should contact media staff.
Large communal room: This is a large space for both teachers and students to use. It can accommodate several classes at once. The room is equiped with a large screen and projector that staff can hook up to and use for presentations. Students can use this room for studying, working on group projects, or just hanging out during open lunch.
Library and quiet zone: This rooms consists of thousands of books including many updated titles that are available for checkout to MHS students. There are books that can be used as resources for class papers or assignments along with books to read for fun.

Checkout Information
Student ID is necessary for checking out books.
Books may be checked out for a two week period. At the end of that time, books may be renewed.
Reference materials may not be checked out but are available for use in the Media Center.
