Empowering Futures, Creating Opportunities

Become a Scholarship Donor

The Monticello Educational & Scholarship Foundation oversees more than 80 local scholarships that support graduating seniors each year. Through the generosity of our community, students are provided with opportunities to pursue their educational and career goals beyond high school.

Each year, seniors complete a single scholarship application that includes questions designed to align with the unique criteria of our many scholarships. Applications are reviewed and scored anonymously by volunteer readers from throughout the community. Using those scores, along with the established scholarship criteria, the scholarship committee determines award recipients.

This year, 86 scholarships were awarded from a pool of 138 applicants. We are always grateful to welcome new scholarship donors who are interested in investing in the future of Monticello students.

Becoming a scholarship donor is simple and meaningful. Your generosity can make a lasting impact on a student’s future.
