    • A “Meaningful And Genuine Investment in Character.”
    • Mission: Utilizing our people and resources to invest in character and leadership while building meaningful connections within our school communities.
    • This district-wide program involves building mentor relationships, easing transitions from building to building, and creating leaders and a culture in the Monticello School District.
    • The M.A.G.I.C. program aligns with the district’s mission of “Every Kid, Every Day,” as well as the idea of educating and developing the whole child.


    Why M.A.G.I.C. programming?

    The Monticello School District values educating the whole child throughout the entire district.  It is our goal to continually seek opportunities to enhance the ways in which we invest in educating the whole child while cultivating leadership skills to prepare our students for their next steps. Our impact matters, and our people and resources must be utilized to develop
    character and leadership through a meaningful and genuine investment in all students.
