The Monticello School District recognizes that students can differ in their outstanding abilities based on age, experience, and environment from their peers. The Gifted and Talented program seeks to identify those students who show exceptional abilities in at least one area and then provide programming and services to meet their unique academic and affective needs. We strive to meet these needs through collaboration between classroom and resource teachers.
