  • Join us for Pool, Pizza, & a Movie on Feb. 22nd!

    The next installment of everyone's favorite Friday tradition will be held Feb. 22nd at Monticello Middle School! Students in Grades 1-5 are invited to enjoy a night out with friends!  First, a long swim in the pool including water games and open swim, followed by pizza in the commons.  After the pizza you are off to the board room for a movie. Beverages will be provided. All movies are rated G or PG. Sign up HERE

  • Fun with Engineering (Grades K-3) on Feb. 15th!

    Sign up your K-3rd grader now for a morning of fun and education with Junior Engineering and Building on Friday, Feb. 15th. Take advantage of this exciting offering on a day without school, allowing your student the opportunity to explore, investigate, & solve problems while learning about the building blocks of engineering-simple machines.   • Winter/Spring 2019 Catalog Now Available!

    The MCE Winter/Spring 2019 Catalog was mailed out to local residents this week! There are a bevy of new offerings, and of course the return of many fan favorites, ranging from active to enriching to just plain fun!   • Chicken Dinner 3 Ways with Abundant Kitchen

    The spectacular Abundant Kitchen in Buffalo will host this interactive class, where you'll be learning how to make a chicken dinner in three different ways. You'll learn how to roast a chicken properly, how to make chicken pot pie, and a chicken soup. Everything will be delicious and nutritious! Be prepared to have generous sampling of everything prepared in class. A beverage is also included with your class.

    The Artists Way - An opportunity for adults to (re)discover their creative side

    Embark on an 12 week journey to discover and recover your creative self through Julia Cameron's groundbreaking classic "The Artist's Way." The course is being offered through the Monticello Arts Initiative and will be facilitated by Sue Seeger. The book is required to participate so must be purchased ahead of time. This is a class for anyone, artist or not, who feels like their life could be improved by finding or rediscovering their creative side. Ready to change your life for the better? Join us from 6:30 to 7:30 Monday evenings beginning February 12th (Location TBD)!

    Baseball camps begin this January!

    Monticello Baseball is offering a variety of camps and sessions this winter to help young athletes prepare for the spring and summer season! In addition to the regular camps, there will be a day camp held on Feb. 2 for all fourth through ninth graders! 


    YEL! offers several STEM courses through MCE!

    Monticello Community Education is excited to partner with YEL! to offer STEM classes and a fencing league this winter! STEM offerings include a pulley class and an engineering class, while there will be a winter and spring fencing league. Sign up now!
